Cieo Creative is a kid focused design agency. Our
mission is to empower kids, ignite their imagination
and enhance their capacity to learn through play. To
do that, we combine expertise from Education, Child
Psychology & Design.
We brainstorm and prototype new toy and game ideas
and share them with our industry partners. Cieo also
offers a myriad of consulting, creative and development
services related to the creation of new physical and
digital play experiences for kids.
Jason is a co-founder of Cieo Creative and
is the active Director of Strategy.
Jason has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from McGill University where he graduated with honors. Jason has worked as a special educator, program leader and consultant within various educational and community settings over the years. He’s collaborated with teachers, administrators, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, parents, and children of all ages. Jason has particular research interest and teaching experience with children with autism, having been trained in the TEACCH communication system, ABA and having helped launch 2 pilot programs for children with Autism.

With his training in Education, Psychology and Interactive Entertainment and his professional experience in teaching, research, product ideation, digital play experiences for children, Jason works with our clients and partners to ensure that projects are designed in age appropriate ways that are reflective of modern theories and research related to how children think, learn and play.

Mary is a co-founder of Cieo Creative and
is the active Creative Strategist.
Mary began her professional career as a musician having studied Jazz at Malapina University in Vancouver. After playing in a successful band for a few years, her creative interests drifted to design, and Cieo is certainly glad that they did! In a few short years, Mary’s artistic skills coupled with her tech savvy disposition resulted in fast strides in the field of graphic design. Mary refined those skills even more at George Brown University in Toronto where she received an advanced Diploma in Digital Design. Since then, Mary has co-founded 2 design companies, completed dozens of creative executions in interactive and graphic design, illustration, branding, web development and ideation and returned to George Brown to teach Design as well. Although the Creative Director by title, Mary is also a technical lead for Cieo and has been in project management and HR roles for the company.
